Computer Handover Program

As we received the request to fund letter from the Principal of “Shree Gaurishankar Secondary School” Bigu#1, Dolakha, Nepal, for much needed Computer Lab and School Library, the team of Sahara Samuha Nepal approached Future Spirit Nepal for the required fund. Future Spirit Nepal, Germany has been prime donor for all the social services provided by Sahara Samuha Nepal in rural Nepal in the past. Due to some problems, Future spirit Nepal was not able to decide whether to Fund the School for the Library and the Computer Lab. So, The team of Sahara Samuha Nepal, decided to help the school with whatever fund they have left to provide the School with at least 8 Computer Sets, 1 piece of 3in1 Printing machine to start with at the moment, as the school is in dire need of these computers.

Under the leadership of vice-president (Mr. Bhakta Bahadur Thakuri) of Sahara Samuha Nepal accompanied by Admin Officer (Mr. Wangchhe Sherpa, son of Mr. Pasang Sherpa) of Sahara Samuha Nepal and Some local residents, and after 9 hours of drive we transported all the computer and Printer from Kathmandu to Shree Gaurishankar Secondary School in Jagat, Dolakha on the day of 13 May 2019.

The next day, on 14th of May 2019, School Committee organized a small program for the handover of the computers after the Morning Assembly in the school playground.
The principal (Mr. Krishna Bahadur Khadka) inaugurated the program with some thanking words to Sahara Samuha Nepal on behalf the School committee, teachers, students and the local residents as well. Sahara Samuha Nepal’s vice-president (Mr. Bhakta Bahadur Thakuri) also exchanged some words with the school committee, staffs, teachers and students as well.
After the speech, the handover program took place in front of the school building. Mr. Bhakta Bahadur Thakuri handed over the computer sets to the School Principal.
